Chauffeured Transportation Agreement

Terms of Service

Last updated: 5/7/2026

These Terms of Service govern quote requests, reservations, payment, and use of World Cup Limo chauffeured transportation services. By requesting a quote, approving an itinerary, paying an invoice, or riding in a vehicle arranged by us, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations and Confirmation

Bookings may be requested online, by phone, email, text, or through a payment link. A ride is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation showing the service date, pickup time, pickup location, destination or hourly service window, vehicle class, passenger count, and accepted rate.

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, mobile numbers, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight numbers, match or event details, luggage counts, child-seat requests, accessibility needs, and any special routing instructions.

  • Quote requests are not reservations until confirmed in writing.
  • We may decline, cancel, or require additional verification for suspected fraud, incomplete trip details, unsafe requests, or unavailable vehicle capacity.
  • For high-demand World Cup dates, we may require a signed authorization, non-refundable deposit, full prepayment, or stricter cancellation window before dispatch is assigned.

2. Rates, Payment, and Authorization

Quoted rates cover the itinerary, date, service type, vehicle class, and passenger count stated in the confirmation. Unless the quote says otherwise, rates do not include unplanned wait time, overtime, additional stops, parking, tolls, airport meet-and-greet fees, venue access fees, cleaning, damage, gratuity, or changes requested after confirmation.

By submitting payment information or approving a payment link, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the confirmed fare, deposits, balances, post-trip adjustments, and fees caused by itinerary changes or passenger conduct.

  • Quotes may change until accepted and paid according to the quote instructions.
  • Chargebacks for authorized transportation charges may be disputed with supporting booking, dispatch, and trip records.
  • Returned payments, failed authorizations, or suspected unauthorized card use may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Changes

Cancellation and refund terms are stated in your written quote or confirmation and may vary by vehicle class, date, event demand, and operator commitment. If no custom cancellation term is shown, cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup may be charged up to the full fare.

A no-show occurs when the passenger cannot be reached or does not appear within the included wait period after the scheduled pickup time or adjusted flight arrival time. No-shows may be charged the full fare.

  • Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, minibuses, coaches, and specialty vehicles may have different cancellation deadlines.
  • Changes to pickup time, route, passenger count, luggage count, vehicle class, stops, or service duration are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Official match delays, schedule changes, severe weather, or security decisions are handled case-by-case based on vehicle and chauffeur availability.

4. Wait Time, Stops, and Airport Service

Included wait time, overtime rates, airport arrival procedures, and meet-and-greet charges are quote-specific. For airport pickups, we may track commercial flight information when provided, but you remain responsible for giving accurate flight details and notifying us about private aviation changes.

Unplanned stops, route changes, extended standby, venue staging delays, and extra wait time may be billed after the trip at the applicable hourly or per-minute rate.

  • Airport, stadium, hotel, and private terminal rules may require pickup at designated commercial vehicle areas.
  • If authorities restrict curb access, your chauffeur or dispatcher may direct passengers to a lawful nearby meeting point.
  • Client-requested stops must be approved by dispatch so timing, vehicle rules, and price can be confirmed.

5. World Cup and Major Event Operations

World Cup transportation is affected by road closures, police activity, stadium security perimeters, pedestrian zones, hotel staging rules, fan zones, and public agency instructions. We plan routes in good faith, but access points and travel times may change without notice.

You should follow our recommended departure times. If a client delays departure, changes the itinerary, or declines the recommended staging plan, we are not responsible for missed kickoff, hospitality, flights, trains, dinner reservations, or other time-sensitive plans.

6. Vehicle Classes, Substitutions, and Partner Carriers

We arrange chauffeured transportation using our fleet, affiliates, or vetted third-party carriers. Vehicle examples shown on the website are representative. Confirmed service is for a vehicle class or capacity, not a specific make, model, color, license plate, or chauffeur unless expressly stated in writing.

  • We may substitute an equal or higher-capacity vehicle when operational needs, safety, maintenance, or traffic conditions require it.
  • Third-party carriers and chauffeurs are independent operators responsible for their own licenses, permits, insurance, and legal compliance.
  • Group charters, buses, and specialty vehicles may require separate carrier terms in addition to these Terms.

7. Passenger Conduct, Cleaning, and Damage

Passengers must behave safely, lawfully, and respectfully toward chauffeurs, dispatchers, other passengers, vehicles, and property.

  • Smoking, vaping, open flames, illegal substances, weapons, harassment, disorderly conduct, and unsafe behavior are prohibited.
  • Chauffeurs may refuse or end service when conduct creates a safety risk, violates law, damages property, or interferes with vehicle operation.
  • The booking party is responsible for repair, replacement, detailing, biohazard, lost-time, and extraordinary cleaning costs caused by passengers.
  • Alcohol service or consumption is allowed only where legal and permitted by the vehicle operator.

8. Safety, Law, and Accessibility

All passengers must comply with seat belt laws, child safety requirements, chauffeur instructions, vehicle capacity limits, and applicable transportation rules. Clients must request child seats, accessible vehicles, oversized luggage handling, or special assistance before confirmation so availability can be checked.

9. Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful quote requests, reservations, and service inquiries. You may not scrape the site, misuse forms, interfere with security, copy proprietary content, submit false trip information, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information connected with quote requests, reservations, payments, website analytics, and customer communications.

11. Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Cup Limo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including missed flights, missed events, lost business, lost profits, substitute transportation, hotel costs, or delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical events, public authority action, venue rules, force majeure, passenger delay, inaccurate trip details, or third-party conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a confirmed ride is limited to the amount paid to us for that ride, except where a different limit is required by law.

12. Brand and Affiliation Disclaimer

World Cup Limo is an independent chauffeured transportation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official partner of FIFA, U.S. Soccer, the FIFA World Cup 2026, MetLife Stadium, host cities, teams, venues, or event organizers unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to website use and new bookings after the effective date. Confirmed reservations remain subject to the written quote and confirmation terms accepted for that reservation, unless a change is required by law or agreed in writing.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
